Still at Siggraph! This time we got to go around the Studio and see lots of technologic stuff we didin’t understand :) We felt really bad by walking out the Frozen production session after they started talking tech stuff, since like 1/3 of the audience stood up and leave at that point >_> but yeah, we couldn’t understand a thing
More of Siggraph! Actually that robot building therapy sounded really cool, here’s an article about it in case you’d like to know more about http://www.health2con.com/news/2012/01/13/diy-robots-provide-theraphildren/
Also, I might add that the guy at Ringling didn’t really told me that the debt was worth it, but it got kinda offended when I asked him how many years it usually takes for students to pay off something that big :/ I’ve started to think, no matter how cool the school is or how awesome artist it would make you, it’s still a big deal and a factor to consider.
I’m sorry for the 2 week hiatus, but I had so much work that I couldn’t get to ink and upload pages :( But it’s back now to regular updating!
This was when we were part of the Cut&Paste: Characterized! event at Siggraph :) You can see what was the result over here characterized.cutandpaste.com/siggraph2013
At the job fair of Siggraph. I have to admit, I only went to Blizzard’s booth because they had the best candy bars. I know because after I showed my portfolio to everyone, I made a round only to take free candy from the booths 8D…I was hungry.
